WHAT DETERMINES YOUR PRICE?

Junk removal is priced by the job, not by the hour. Four things move the number up or down.

How much space it takes

The main factor. You pay for the share of the truck bed your items fill — a quarter load costs less than a half, a half less than a full. Bulk, not weight. Just one thing to go? See single item pickup.

What the items are

A few materials carry a handling or recycling fee at the facility that takes them — appliances holding refrigerant, tires, paint. Mattresses and electronics never cost extra. See what a hot tub removal runs.

Labor and access

A couch already in the driveway is a faster job than one on a third floor. Stairs, narrow hallways, long carries out to the truck, and anything that has to come apart first all add crew time.

Where it ends up

We donate and recycle where possible, which keeps disposal costs down. Whatever has to go to a transfer station carries that facility’s own fees. Those are already inside your quote, never added afterwards.

Every fee is in the number

Disposal charges, recycling fees, the dump run itself, fuel — all of it sits inside the quote. Nothing is added to the invoice after the work is done.

Small jobs have a minimum

The minimum charge is shown with the load sizes above. Everything larger than that is quoted from the load in front of us, never off a flat rate list.

Nothing moves until you approve

The firm number comes with the crew standing in front of your load, before any work starts. Nothing goes on the truck until you say yes to it.

How you pay

Cash, check, and all major cards including American Express, plus tap-to-pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. No card fee. Commercial and property-management accounts can be invoiced.
