About Johnson’s Junk Removal

Johnson’s Junk Removal is a local junk removal and light demolition company based in Snohomish, Washington. Our crews and trucks run out of 15807 SR 9 SE, Bldg C in Snohomish, and we keep an office at 608 State St in Kirkland. We serve Snohomish County and King County, and we assign teams by service area — so the crew you get is the one closest to your job, not one tied to a particular yard.

How we price a job

You pay for the space your items take up in the truck. Not by the hour, not by weight, and not by a number someone guessed at over the phone.

That last part matters, and it’s where we work differently than some companies. We’ll happily give you a rough estimate on the phone so you know the ballpark. But an estimate is rough numbers and a quote is an exact price, and we don’t hand out exact prices for things we haven’t seen. The crew looks at the actual pile, gives you the real number, and you decide before anything moves. No surprise line items after the fact.

Disposal fees on hard-to-dump items — paint, tires, concrete, dirt, refrigerant appliances — are quoted the same way: on site, before we load. See our pricing page for the details.

When we work

We’re open 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, and closed Sunday. The first appointment of the day typically arrives between 8:00 and 10:00 AM; the last typically arrives between 4:00 and 6:00 PM, so you get an arrival window rather than a single clock time.

We close four days a year — Christmas, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and the Fourth of July. We’re open on Memorial Day and Labor Day. We don’t run shortened holiday hours; we’re either fully open or closed.

Same-day service is something we’ll always try to fit in. Call earlier in the day for the best odds — after about 3:30 PM it gets increasingly difficult.

How far we’ll go

No job is too far away. We come to you across Snohomish and King County, and we’ll travel outside our usual range for the right job — a travel charge may apply, and we’ll tell you about it up front, not after the truck is loaded.
